Imagine Friday night 8pm and discovered no water at the kitchen sink. Reached out to several Plumbers and was honored to receive contact from Sam Hazlett, Hazlett Plumbing on Friday night. Sam was at my house on Sunday morning due to the critical nature. Sam gave me a quote Sunday night and he started the excavation Monday morning 9am and replaced the water line and sewer line by 6pm Monday night. In addition Hazlett installed a sump pump system and drainage lines in my basement over the next 3 days. The professionalism shown by Sam and his Team was Outstanding and here’s why: 1. Arrived on-time at 8:30am daily - Never late! 2. Get this - Removed their work boots entering the house to the basement on the 3 snowy, muddy days as a courtesy. Used drop cloths to protect our flooring too. 3. Noah and James worked 3 full days, no breaks & did take lunch during the installation of the sump pump system. 4. Daily clean up both inside our basement and outside driveway area. Well done. It’s hard to describe the polite, courteous, and caring experience my Wife & I had with Hazlett Plumbing. Thanks Sam!

They were efficient, responsive and professional. We had an ongoing leaky bathroom sink and Hazlett Plumbing was able to identify the source of the leak, schedule a day to replace the parts necessary, and do it all very efficiently. I appreciate their help and will choose them in the future.

Chris and his team have been amazing to work with. They were efficient and professional every step of the way. It was a huge project (drain tile, new hung sewer, sump pump, and rework the whole laundry area) and they did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend Hazlett for all your plumping/basement needs!

Serious septic sytem issue. Sam came out ,crawled under the house to assess the problem. Explained what he was seeing and how he was going to fix it. He and noah came back 8am sharp and had everything done by noon. Super impressed with their professionalism and knowledge. I would highly recommend them to anyone with plumbing issues!

They installed a grinder pump in my basement about a year ago. The entire crew was professional and great to work with. They had the shower toilet and vanity plumbed within three days with the concrete poured. Have had no issues with the setup and plumbing being in use for about 8 months now.
